Very Easy to Setup(Add device in App)
Long press the button for 3s to make the smart tag enter the paring mode(beep twice and indicator blinks), enable cellphone Bluetooth, open App, tap “+(Add Device)” at the top right corner, after the smart tag is discovered by app, then tap “Add”.
Using Tips
To make the smart finder work normally, please enable “Bluetooth” and “Locate/Locations” in cellphone settings, and allow “Smart Life” App to access the following permissions.

The battery does not last long. Otherwise works well via SmartLife app.
Great gadget. I have not yet fully understood whether it shows on the map the position of disconnection with the phone when the Tuya app is turned off (does not work in the background). This tag can be paired with Tuya Multi Gate, in my case Bluetooth + Zigbee gate.

Well it works well within the bounds of bluetooth technology. Will stay connected to phone for about 10-20 meters which is fine for my use-case.
The main problem is not the device but the horrible Tuya Smart system that makes life so difficult as it’s badly designed and badly translated to English. Hard to stop it making an awful alert on the phone when the connection drops. Zigbee version that connects to HomeAssistant would be grear
