Works really well to control the garage doors and report status. Smart Life and Home Assistant/Apple Home can see the status and open/close the doors, but Google Home can only see the status and fails to open/close the doors.
There may be a bug in the setup. I got rapid closed/open notifications when I opened the garage door. The way to fix it is to unplug it from the power outlet and plug it back in after 15 minutes. Happened to both units I bought so I thought there may be a bug in the software. Fortunately all is well after what I did.
One trick to install: the sensor can be installed on the rail (as shown in attached picture), making is simple and hidden.

Door opener just works well and is easy to install. It works with a make connection, so when you give the “open door” function on the app, the two wires switch as if you were pressing a doorbell.
With the included “Magnet” that checks whether the door is open or closed, you can set whether you want a notification in your app to close each time the door opens, or if the door is open for more than a certain adjustable time. You can turn these notifications on or off for each type.
