The package could be better, otherwise the product looks as advertised. it’s just a fan blowing air, Not cold aircondition air like others.
The metal cool pad doesn’t feel cold at all.
Functional, excellent option when the light goes out haha or when you are at mass or in a room that is hot it solves individually.

Overall, this seems to be a nice product. I like that there are a lot of airspeed adjustments and that there are many holes for the air to flow through. It pushes a decent amount of air, and I’m sure it will help my husband to keep cool while working in the yard in the summer months. I think it’s nice that there are hinges on each side to get it on your neck more easily. It looks high-end and feels sturdy. That it is rechargeable is a plus. Like others mentioned, it is kind of noisy, but any fan that pushes a decent amount of air isn’t going to be silent. This shipped quickly. My only complaint is that this was shipped directly in the box that it comes in, no outer shipping box, bag, etc. Fortunately, the box only got a little dented at one corner, and the bubble wrap inside the box was enough to keep the neck fan safe. Also, this is one of the Christmas gifts for my husband, and this being shipped directly in the box that clearly shows what’s in it very nearly ruined the surprise.
