if you are using it in the EU, change the region(xiaomi home app) to the Chinese mainland. otherwise great camera with high quality image.

Great product of exceptional quality, the price as always unbeatable. Be aware that the power adapter is Chinese and when they provide an EU adapter you will end up connecting the original power supply, then the adapter then your source connector (see photos) so you will need to factor in a case with a bit of available space. You should also note that this is a Xiaomi product so you will benefit from one of the best Apps on the market, it has been well thought through and is very user friendly, you will need to setup the App on the Chinese Server but I am in Spain and have had no problems whatsoever to register my Cleaning Robot alongside two security cameras, and have the language in English.
